What should I wear for Adult Ballet?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable.
However it is important that I , as teacher, can see what your body is doing so allowing for corrections.
You also need to be able to move freely. Breathable fabric is the best solution.
Socks are fine at first , then maybe later you can purchase some dance shoes.
I have never done an Adult ballet class before, does that matter?
No, I always give adjustments as I work with different levels.
Then I can always give a one to one class to explain the basics with more details.
What do I need to bring for the Adult ballet class?
Please bring a water bottle and if you prefer to use your own mat for stretching.
Can I purchase any uniforms from you?
I am able to get some items so please inbox me what you would like to get.
How do you ensure student safety at On Pointe Ballet?
At OnPointe Ballet, safeguarding and the wellbeing of every student is my top priority. As the owner and sole teacher, I, Cindy Corinne Ciunfrini, provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children, young people, and adults.
I hold an Enhanced DBS check, Public Liability Insurance, First Aid certification, and keep my safeguarding training up to date. All students are treated with respect and care, and any concerns are taken seriously and handled promptly and appropriately.
If you would like to see copies of any of my certifications or documentation, I am happy to provide them upon request.
